Warwick Records 14 Deed Transfers, Only Two Disclose a Sale Price
Warwick recorded 14 deed transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5. Only two disclosed a sale price: $70,600 for 77 Hastings Heights Road and $150,000 for 95 Shepardson Road, the period's top disclosed sale, both bought by financial institutions rather than individuals. The two disclosed prices produced a median of $110,300, though that figure reflects just two of 14 transactions. Ten of the 14 deeds named a bank, credit union or mortgage company as a buyer or seller. Orange Road, Wendell Road and Shepardson Road each recorded two transactions. With pricing disclosed in only 14% of filings, the data offers limited insight into Warwick's broader market values this period.
