The two recorded prices produced a median of $110,300, though that figure reflects just two of 14 transactions. Ten of the 14 deeds named a bank, credit union or mortgage company as a buyer or seller. Orange Road, Wendell Road and Shepardson Road each recorded two transactions. With a recorded price in only 14% of filings, the data offers limited insight into Warwick's broader market values this period.
