Warwick records 13 property deeds in August, few prices disclosed
Warwick recorded 13 property deed transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records, but only three listed a disclosed sale price. Those ranged from $70,600 to $150,000, with a median of $80,000. The month's top disclosed transaction was 95 Shepardson Rd, which sold for $150,000 on Aug. 10 to Navy Federal Credit Union. Wendell Road saw the most activity of any street, with four separate transfers recorded during the period. Several deeds listed banks or credit unions as buyers, and two involved transfers among family members sharing a surname. Limited price disclosure makes it difficult to characterize overall market conditions this month.
