Warwick Records 12 Property Transfers in July-August, Few Prices Disclosed
Warwick recorded 12 property deed transfers between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three included a disclosed sale price: $70,600 for 77 Hastings Heights Road, $80,000 for 136 Wendell Road, and $150,000 for 95 Shepardson Road, the month's top sale. The median disclosed price was $80,000. Wendell Road saw four of the 12 total transfers, the most of any street. Banks and credit unions were recorded as buyers in four transactions, and two deeds involved sellers and buyers sharing a surname. With prices disclosed in only a quarter of transfers, the data offers a limited read on overall market conditions this period.
