The median recorded price was $80,000. Wendell Road saw four of the 12 total transfers, the most of any street. Banks and credit unions were recorded as buyers in four transactions, and two deeds involved sellers and buyers sharing a surname. With prices recorded in only a quarter of transfers, the data offers a limited read on overall market conditions this period.
