Wendell Road saw the most recorded activity, with four deeds. All three price-recorded sales named a bank or credit union as buyer, and five of the 12 deeds listed no buyer at all. With price data available for just a quarter of recorded transfers, the deed record offers only a partial picture of Warwick's market this period.
