Warwick Deed Activity Picks Up, but Few Sale Prices Disclosed

Twelve deeds were recorded in Warwick from July 17 to Aug. 15, but only three disclosed a sale price: $70,600 for 77 Hastings Heights Road, $80,000 for 136 Wendell Road and $150,000 for 95 Shepardson Road, the period's median and top sale. Wendell Road saw the most recorded activity, with four deeds. All three price-disclosed sales named a bank or credit union as buyer, and five of the 12 deeds listed no buyer at all. With price data available for just a quarter of recorded transfers, the deed record offers only a partial picture of Warwick's market this period.
