Those two sales ranged from $235,000 at 611 Orange Rd to $500,001 at 165 Hockanum Rd, the period's top recorded transaction. Four other transfers, including deeds at 6 Robbins Rd, 851 Wendell Rd and 95 Shepardson Rd, showed price not yet available. Notably, five of the six deeds listed a bank or mortgage company as buyer or seller, a pattern worth watching as more price data posts in coming weeks.
