WARWICK -- Five property deeds were recorded in Warwick between June 19 and July 18, but only one of those transactions disclosed a sale price, limiting what can be concluded about the local market this period.

Of those five, only one deed listed a consideration amount: $50,000, recorded June 30. The other four deeds -- covering properties on Orange Road, Richmond Road and Chestnut Hill Road -- did not disclose a sale price, which is common in deed filings and does not by itself indicate whether money changed hands.
