Because just one of 11 transactions carried a consideration amount, no meaningful price range or median can be drawn beyond that single sale. Eight of the 11 transfers listed a bank, mortgage company or federal housing entity as seller, including three separate transfers on Orange Road, indicating the period's deed activity was dominated by lender-related transfers rather than conventional private sales.
