That gives a median of $395,000 among priced sales. South Holden Road saw four separate deeds recorded on a single day, Sept. 15. Six of the nine transfers, including ones involving Fannie Mae, TD Bank and the town treasurer, have no price on file yet, a normal reporting lag rather than a withheld figure.
